Our 2025 Recap: What a year!

As we close the chapter on 2025, it’s incredible to look back at just how much The Neuroverse has grown. What started as a mission to make workplaces more inclusive for neurodivergent individuals has evolved into a thriving community, a trusted resource, and a catalyst for meaningful change.

This year was full of firsts, expansions, and exciting new steps forward—so here’s our official wrap-up.

🎤 Expanding Our Voice: Events & Webinars

We delivered three powerful webinars this year, each one packed with practical strategies, lived experience, and insights to help organisations better support neurodiverse talent.

2025 also marked a huge milestone: our first-ever live in-person event. The turnout, the conversations, and the energy in the room showed us just how needed these spaces are—and we can’t wait to build on this momentum.

We also had the privilege of partnering with external event vendors, extending our reach and connecting our message with new audiences across industries.

🤝 Welcoming New Clients & Deepening Impact

We’re proud to have welcomed a wave of new clients who share our commitment to creating truly inclusive cultures. From corporate teams to educational organisations, we’ve supported leaders, managers, and HR professionals with training, coaching, and neurodiversity-centred development.

Every new partnership reinforces the impact we can make when organisations choose to embrace, rather than overlook, diverse minds.

📱 Going Social: Instagram Launch & LinkedIn Growth

This year we made bold steps in our digital presence:

  • We launched our Instagram, allowing us to share bite-sized insights, resources, and behind-the-scenes moments.

  • Our LinkedIn audience grew significantly, expanding our community of professionals, advocates, and allies invested in neurodiversity inclusion.

We’re excited to keep building these spaces where knowledge and conversation can thrive.

📚 New in 2026: Course Launches

In early 2026, we’re launching two groundbreaking courses designed to support neurodivergent individuals in understanding and harnessing their unique strengths.

✨ Thriving With Your Brain

This transformational programme combines change coaching, structural support and executive mentorship to help HR leaders driver meaningful neurodiversity inclusion within their organisations- whilst also safeguarding their own well-being.

Unlike traditional training this programme supports both you as the change maker and the systems you are changing. This ensures that neuroinclusive practices are sustainable, impactful and embedded into the workplace culture.

✨ The Inner Advocate

Your brain works differently- and that’s your advantage. This coaching programme is designed to help neurodivergent professionals harness their unique strengths, remove barriers and create habits that fuel success in the workplace and beyond!

These programmes will become central pillars of our offering, strengthening our mission to empower individuals as much as organisations.

🌟 Looking Ahead: What’s Coming in 2026

We’re stepping into 2026 with big plans and even bigger energy.

🎤 More Webinars

Expect more deep-dive, accessible webinars covering key topics around neurodiversity, workplace inclusion, and personal development.

🎙 Guest Speaking & Events

Our team will be guest speaking at more external events, bringing neurodiversity awareness into even more spaces.

🏢 Our Next In-Person Event

Following the success of our 2025 live event, we’re thrilled to confirm that we’ll be hosting a second in-person event in Q4 2026 — date to be announced soon.

It will be bigger, bolder, and even more interactive.

🧠 Launching the Multi-Sensory Learning Platform (MSLP)

One of the most exciting additions to our 2026 offering is the launch of our Multi-Sensory Learning Platform (MSLP).

By January, our animated educational videos on neurodiversity at work will go live on our website, forming the foundation of this dynamic, accessible learning hub.

This platform will allow organisations to access training in a more engaging, multi-modal way—perfect for diverse learning needs.

💛 Thank You for Being Part of the Neuroverse

Whether you attended an event, followed us on social media, partnered with us, or shared our content—thank you.

Your support helps us amplify the importance of neurodiversity, challenge outdated narratives, and create environments where every brain is valued.

Here’s to everything we accomplished in 2025—and to the meaningful impact that awaits in 2026.
